About Our Montessori School

Montessori School Located in Little Elm

As a parent you want the best for your child. So do we–which is why we provide a classroom setting that nurtures your child’s learning abilities and an educational curriculum that develops them into a well-rounded individual. Our classrooms are broken up based on age and each setting is built around providing your child with the fundamental tools they need at the different phases of life.

We offer various program options, including the following:

  • Extended Day: 7:00am – 6:30pm
  • School Day: 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • Half Day: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Our Philosophy of Teaching

While there are many benefits of the traditional teaching system, we believe there are also areas that could be improved. We base our educational system around the teaching of Dr. Maria Montessori. We create an environment where your child is free to ask questions, encouraged to be hands on and enabled to develop a strong sense of “self”.

Our curriculum covers everything from practical life to the study of other cultures. Our Little Elm Montessori school also has a number of extracurricular activities that are available to your child including a book exchange, food drives and fitness activities. Enrichment programs are offered as well, such as music, art, Spanish, physical education and more.

Cultivating a Sense of Wonder in Students

Our school is a unique environment that is defined by the following:

  • A warm, homelike feel
  • High quality curriculum
  • A commitment to enhancing each child’s uniqueness
  • Hands on teaching
  • Interactive environments
  • Well-rounded education
  • Fostering a child’s love of learning
  • An interest in our students future

In addition to providing a place where your child can grow, we encourage you to be involved in the process. You can come by and visit our Little Elm Montessori School yourself or contact us at (972) 987-4290 to learn more about what sets us apart.
